Our company insight

Awareness was founded in 2022 by Jane Gilham following a personal journey of exploration, growth, and transformation.

Working at board level for 20+ years in Human Resourcing, Jane is an experienced business person,
who is passionate about people, understands how they drive business performance and most importantly what support they need to thrive.
